Symmetric split --- Introduction ---

Symmetric split is an easy exercise on matrices: one knows that any square matrix C of size n×n\ is the sum of a symmetric matrix A and an antisymmetric matrix B.
The server will therefore give you a randomly generated matrix C of size

And you are asked to find the matrices A and B.

Recall that a square matrix M is symmetric if it equals its transpose and M is antisymmetric if M plus its transpose is zero matrix.
